Due to the COVID-19 crisis we will be taking a number of precautions at the Infant Allergy Conference. The following safety measures will be carried out at the very minimum:

  • Tables and chairs will be disinfected twice a day.
  • All staff members are required to wear face masks and gloves.
  • All visitors are required to wear face masks, we will provide complementary face masks where required.
  • Temperature check for all visitors entering the venues.
  • Cleaning stations with hand sanitizer available
  • We will ensure the minimum social distances are complied with and we will work to prevent congestion i.e. staggered arrival and departure times, catering breaks etc.
We are keeping a constant eye on the situation and will follow all updated guidelines closely. The health and safety of our delegates is our priority.

Infant Allergy Conference

28th October 2020 at the Novotel Hotel, Southampton

Are you a health professional working within children’s health services?

Don’t miss this free study day, which will build on the knowledge and skills you need to improve outcomes for children suffering from allergies and their families.

With around 20% of the UK population affected by one or more allergic disorder, and a steady increase in rates of food allergy over the last decade, early intervention in childhood is vital to ensure timely, appropriate diagnosis and management. Recognising the expanding role of nurses, increased caseloads and the need for a multidisciplinary team approach, this study day will benefit a range of health professionals working to provide effective, evidence-based care for children with allergies.
• Health Visitors

• Midwives

• Practice, District, Community, School and Public Health Nurses

• Dietitians
